100X Weekly Audit / Bull Market Ballers Calls

If a client is requesting access to the weekly 100X Zoom call link:

  • Look up their purchase email in Ontraport and check that they have a valid purchase (with no refunds)
  • In the Ontraport contact record, go to Simple Products and check that their deactivation date has not passed
  • If they are eligible for the weekly calls, let the client know that their unique attendee link is sent directly to their email address. As them to check their Spam folder. Reminders are sent one day prior and one hour prior to the call.
  • If the client has not received their Zoom confirmation email,
    • Ask Rhod to check if the client's 100X Zap was successful. If not, ask Rhod to run the zap again.
    • If the zap is not successful, log into the events@scottphillipstrading.com Zoom account and check if the client's email address is listed under Approved Registrants (ensure the client has not been blocked)
  • If the client is not on the registrant list, click on the link below and register the client again.

    • Ask the client to confirm that they have received the new registration confirmation email
    • Note: DO NOT send the link above to the client as we don't want the link to be shared with others
