Access can be granted at any level of the funnel. To grant access:

  • Go to the contact record in Ontraport
  • Add the following Contact Tag for each product reactivation as required:

To grant access:

  • Go to the contact record in Ontraport
  • Add the following Contact Tag for the whole bundle:
    • Update field '100xCOIN CLUB Subscription Plan' : 2024 100x Bundle

The contact will be sent the Welcome Email PLUS the Zoom activation invitation.


Manual Activations: Peter & Dan Funnel

Access can be granted at any level of the funnel. To grant access:

  • Go to the contact record in Ontraport
  • Add the following Contact Tag for each product reactivation as required:

Free Access: All Inclusions

We have one onboarding workflow in Ontraport to grant free access to multiple durations. The options are:

  • Lifetime
  • 12 months
  • 6 months
  • 90 Days
  • Lifetime Access Free with FinRev (used by Sales)

Who is eligible for free access?

  • FinRev members
    • 100X Free Access will be automatically added if the Enrolment Director selects the bonus during the sales process
    • Any members who didn't receive access and request it, can be granted Lifetime access
  • Other durations are granted based on promotions offered by Scott
  • For any other cases, please ask Caroline or Aaron

How to grant access

  • Go to Ontraport Contacts
  • Open the member's contact profile and ensure we have the following details on file:
    • First name:
    • Last Name:
    • Country:
    • SMS number including country code (for alerts):
  • If any details are missing, contact the member and request the missing information
  • Once the profile is complete, follow the activation steps for either single contact or multiple contacts (bulk group activation if a Contact Group exists)

Activate a Single Contact:

  • On the contact's profile, go to: Simple Products
  • Scroll to the '100XCOIN' section (at the top)
  • Go to the following field drop-down: 100x Coin Club : Payment Paln
  • Select one of the following durations - only select from the list below:
    • Lifetime Free
    • 12 months
    • 6 months

    • 90 Days


  • Note: for webinar promotions, we select '90 Days' unless something specific is announced



Activate multiple contacts:

  • To activate multiple contacts, go back to the main Contact menu in Ontraport

  • Select the relevant Contact Group for bulk activations via the checkbox

    Note: contact groups should only be created by Aaron or Caroline

  • Select: Change Field

  • Select the following:
    • Change: 100x Coin Club : Payment Paln
    • To: [select one of the following durations - only select from the list below]:
      • Lifetime Free
      • 12 months
      • 6 months
      • 90 Days


  • Select: Change Field to apply the change
    • This will activate the client's access and apply the correct renewal date


  • Inform the client in HelpScout that their access has been activated

The contact will be sent the Welcome Email plus all relevant activation invitations.
