How To Re-Subscribe A Contact To Emails and SMS
If a contact is not receiving our emails because they previously unsubscribed, please complete the following steps to get them subscribed again:
- Let the contact know they previously unsubscribed on [date] and ask if they would like to be re-subscribed to our emails
- If the contact confirms the request:
- Check their profile in Ontraport to confirm their purchase email address (this may not be the same as their HelpScout email address)
Fill out the following form on their behalf, ensuring that their purchase email address is entered
- SMS and Country can be filled out if they need to update their SMS details, or these fields can be left blank (it will not clear their existing number)
