How To Remove Contacts From The 100x Purchase Reminder Sequence

If a contact enters their email address into the 100X Coin Club funnel but does not complete their purchase, they will be sent a series of reminders via email.


If a contact asks to not be sent any further reminders, follow these steps to remove them from the email sequence:

  • Go to their contact profile in Ontraport
  • Scroll down to: Automations
  • Remove the following automation tag: 100x Coin Club Funnel - Cart

  • Reply to the contact to confirm that their request has been completed
