FinRev Renewals & Upgrades

Any HelpScout enquiries about FinRev renewals or upgrades should be passed to Aaron or Caroline.


Most of our FinRev customers have purchased 2.5 or 3 year plans so their renewals will not commence until 2026. This includes a 6 month extension that was granted to all customer who joined prior to 31 October 2023.

We do have some customers on 12 month plans. Their renewals will commence in October 2023 inclusive of the 6 month extension.


6 Month Free (+ 6 Month Extension) Upgrades

All former CSI customers were invited to participate in a 6 month trial of FinRev, and a 6 month extension was also applied.

These free trials will start to expire expire commencing 1 April 2024.

All customers on a 6 Month Trial package will be sent an upgrade invitation via email a few weeks prior to their deactivation date. The upgrade offer is as follows:

  • Purchase the All Enhancements package (normally $9,500) for the price of a Trend Following package: $6,500 ($3,000 discount)
  • Purchase a Trend Following package for a one-time price of $5,000 ($1,500 discount)

Customers who wish to purchase the upgrade are invited to book a demo call with one of our Crypto Coaches (the link is included in their upgrade invitation).

    • Once a booking is made in Calendly, a Process Street workflow will be generated for a Coach Demo call
    • Customer Support will assign the workflow to the coach listed in the Calendly booking (this is similar to our Onboarding booking assignment process)
    • The Process Street workflow provides all the steps and links for the coach to process the upgrade

Note for Support: do NOT send these HelpScout enquiries to our enrolment directors. These are 6 month free trials which are managed directly by the Customer Experience team.


Any customers who do not take up the upgrade offer prior to their deactivation date will be deactivated by Aaron or Caroline. The steps include:

  • Confirming the customer's Deal deactivation date has been reached
  • The 'FINREV : Deactivate' field must be checked on their deal. This will automatically deactivate access on the FinRev platform.
  • Closing any open Onboarding workflows (for customers who signed a contract but never onboarded)


FinRev Upgrades

Existing FinRev customers who purchased a Trend Following package may wish to upgrade to the All Enhancements package for an upgrade fee of $3,000. They can also upgrade from a one-year package to a 3-year package.

Customers can either upgrade with their Enrolment Director, a Coach, or any HelpScout enquiries should be passed to Aaron or Caroline.

The steps to upgrade to Platinum include:

  • The customer makes a payment of $3,000 through any of the following methods:
    • Using their credit card on file in Ontraport or Stripe
    • Bank Transfer/ACH
    • Crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT
  • After the payment is taken, the Admin team will update the customer's existing primary Deal to reflect the package upgrade, the new renewal date and All Enhancements permissions
    • The customer's FinRev account should reflect the new permissions after the Deal is updated in Ontraport
  • The customer's contract is amended to reflect the upgrade for their remaining term. We don't update start dates unless a) this is specifically offered by a closer to get them across the line; or b) they have not yet onboarded and we would have extended their term anyway upon onboarding completion.
  • The customer will be sent a confirmation email from HelpScout with instructions to activate their additional accounts

Note for Coaches

If a customer ask to upgrade during an Onboarding or Support call, follow these steps:


  • Ask the customer how they would like to make their $3,000 payment and share the relevant payment form:
  • Once the payment is complete, send a request to support@finrev.trade with the following details:
    • Subject: FinRev Upgrade Request
    • Client's Full Name
    • Client's email address
    • Offer purchased:
    • Payment Method:
    • Payment Collected:
    • Please charge credit card: $
    • Number of instalments remaining:


  • Aaron or Caroline will process the upgrade and contract update, and send a confirmation email to the client (and cc. the Coach)
