FinRev RLBT Renewals

From August 2024, Real Trading Research (RTR) will be providing all FinRev support to Rousseaux Les Bons Tuyaux (RLBT) customers. RLBT will not longer be selling FinRev and as RLBT accounts are due for renewal, these account will be renewed onto a RTR package with a new RTR contract issued.

RLBT renewals are processed via a standalone process to capture the following requirements:

  • Convert RLBT white label customers to RTR customers through the renewal process
  • Keep the customer's original deal for FinRev trading and create/link to a new deal for the renewal purchase
  • Customer sign a RTR contract (we had no record of the initial RLBT contract)
  • Exclude from onboarding workflow as customers are already onboarded via their first Deal ID
  • Use the 'Enrolment Director' field to identify RLBT renewals with the text: "Former RLBT Member". This can be used if any affiliate commissions need to be paid to RLBT.
  • Add the customer to the FinRev Group on Mighty Networks
  • Any additional sub-accounts will go through the normal supplementary account process once the member becomes a RTR customer

How To Process A RLBT Renewal

  • Ideally, reach out to RLBT customers two weeks before their renewal date through HelpScout
  • Look up their deal inclusions under 'Deals' in Ontraport:
    • Duration
    • Amount
  • Use the 'RLBT Renewal Offer' Saved Reply in HelpScout to notify the customer about their renewal
  • Customise the email as needed.
    • Ensure the price offered is in line with other Beta packages - e.g. $2,500 per year with no percentage of profits.
    • Offer the customer a call with a coach if they have any questions about FinRev

  • Once the customer has accepted the offer, confirm their payment method (card, crypto or bank transfer)
  • Generate the new Deal and contract via the following RLBT Renewal link: https://op.finrev.ai/rlbt
  • Enter the customer's details and select the payment method requested by the customer
  • Send the checkout page to the customer through HelpScout
  • Let the customer know that their contract will be generated as soon as the payment is submitted
  • Once the payment is submitted, complete any payment verifications, if required
  • Send the contract link to the customer through HelpScout
