Form: Update Email Address
To update a customer's email address, please send the following form to the customer or submit it on their behalf.

The customer's master email address is held in Ontraport. Although it is possible for a customer to subscribe to our email list or purchase products under multiple email addresses, product access will be issued under the same email address that was used for the purchase.

It is possible for a coach to initiate an email address change directly within the FinRev platform. If this occurs, the coach must notify Support so that we can submit the form above and edit the customer's primary email address in Ontraport. The customer's FinRev email address must match their Ontraport Contact Record so that future sub-accounts are imported against the correct email address.
