How To Manually Grant Access

• In Ontraport, go to the customer's contact record
• Go to: Simple Products
• Scroll down to: MEME COIN MILLIONAIRE
• Go to the 'Subscription Package : Meme Coin Millionaire' field
• Select the relevant offer from the list

How To Track Purchases

• In Ontraport, purchases will be shown on the 'Purchases' tab as follows:
  • Memecoin Millionaire - $197
  • Memecoin Millionaire - $297
  • Memecoin Millionaire - Free

• To view all Meme Coin Millionaire sales in Ontraport, go to the 'Sales' object
  • Search for the following Purchases group: 'Meme Coin Millionaire - Purchases'

Refunds

Memecoin Millionaire has a 90 day money-back-guarantee. To locate the customer's purchase:

• Go to their Ontraport contact profile
• Go to: Simple Products > Meme Coin Millionaire
• Look for the 'Origin of Sale' field
• Click on the URL to navigate to the customer's purchase in either Clickfunnels or Konnektive
• Follow the refund steps below for the relevant platform

Refunds can be processed as follows:

  • Refund in Konnektive (search by email address)
  • Go to the contact record in Ontraport
  • Go to: Purchases
  • Mark the purchase transaction as a refund
