YF10 Zoom Trouble-shooting
If a client is requesting access to the YF10 Live Trading Room:
- Look up their purchase email in Ontraport and check that they have a valid YF10 purchase (with no refunds)
- In the Ontraport contact record, go to 'Simple Products' and check that their deactivation date has not passed
- If they are eligible for the Zoom calls, check the Coaching RTR Zoom account and re-send their registration email (let Caroline know if you need credentials) to confirm that the client was registered for the Live Trading Room:
- Go to: Webinars
- Click on the next YF10 Live Trading Room (do not Edit)
- Go to: Invitations
- Scroll down to: Manage Attendees
- Click: Edit
- Search for the client's name and/or email
- Check the box next to the client's name and select: Resend Confirmation Email

- Let the client know that their unique attendee link was sent directly to their email address by sending the following TypeDesk response.

- If the client is not registered in Zoom:
- Ask Rhod to check if the client's YF10 Zap was successful and to re-run it if required.
- Log into the support@hypertrend.xyz Zoom account and check if the client's email address is listed under Approved Registrants (ensure the client has not been blocked)

If the client is not on the registrant list, click on the link below and register the client again.
