YF10 Zoom Trouble-shooting

If a client is requesting access to the YF10 Live Trading Room:

  • Look up their purchase email in Ontraport and check that they have a valid YF10 purchase (with no refunds)
  • In the Ontraport contact record, go to 'Simple Products' and check that their deactivation date has not passed
  • If they are eligible for the Zoom calls, check the Coaching RTR Zoom account and re-send their registration email (let Caroline know if you need credentials) to confirm that the client was registered for the Live Trading Room:
    • Go to: Webinars
    • Click on the next YF10 Live Trading Room (do not Edit)
    • Go to: Invitations
    • Scroll down to: Manage Attendees
    • Click: Edit
    • Search for the client's name and/or email
    • Check the box next to the client's name and select: Resend Confirmation Email


  • Let the client know that their unique attendee link was sent directly to their email address by sending the following TypeDesk response.


  • If the client is not registered in Zoom:
    • Ask Rhod to check if the client's YF10 Zap was successful and to re-run it if required.
    • Log into the support@hypertrend.xyz Zoom account and check if the client's email address is listed under Approved Registrants (ensure the client has not been blocked)
    • If the client is not on the registrant list, click on the link below and register the client again.

    • Ask the client to confirm that they have received the new registration confirmation email
    • Note: DO NOT send the link above to the client as we don't want the link to be shared with others
