FinRev 'Deal' Trouble-Shooting

If a customer ends up with more than one FinRev Deal as a result of a Sales error or automation error, deals may need to be manually deleted.


When deleting Deals, please ensure that the Deal Unique ID, for the deal that is being kept, is added to the 'FinRev' tab on the contact record.


To check/update the Deal Unique ID, head to the Deal record and copy the 'Unique ID' value:



Head to the contact record > FINREV and find the 'DealUniqueID' field:

Paste the 'Unique ID' value (from the Deal record) into the 'DealUniqueID' field (on the contact record >FINREV tab)
