Trouble-shooting Telegram Access

If a contact has clicked the 'Start' button more than once, they may be locked out the Access bot. If this happens, Method 1 first. If that fails, try method 2.

Method 1: Replay Failed Zap

Copy their contact ID from Ontraport.
Go to the Zap history in Zapier and put the contact ID in the search field

Replay the Poly Market Zap that comes up (Open the zap and hit replay)

Method 2: Grant Manual Access

Go to the '100x Polymarket Club' channel on Telegram from the 'YFM' account
- Go to the 'Removed Users' menu
- Check if the contact is listed. If so, right click on their name and select 'Remove' to remove them from the 'Removed Users' list (this does not remove them from Telegram).
Go to their Ontraport contact record > Simple Products > 100x Polymarket Club
- Check there is no Telegram link. If there is, delete it.
From HelpScout, send the following 'Manual Access' invitation link, which requires Admin approval:

- Ask the client to respond once they have requested access and to provide their Telegram Username
Once the contact has requested access, go to Telegram
- Check the top of the channel feed for any join requests
- Check that the request matches the contact's Telegram Username
- Approve the request
Go back to the Ontraport contact record
- Go to 'Notes and Tasks'
  - Leave one of the following notes based on the member's membership type:
    - YF10:
      
      YF10 member. Invited to 100x Polymarket club via manual link as Telegram access link did not arrive in bot. https://t.me/+o7LgcCHds4A0NTc1
      
      Telegram username: [add username]
    - 100x Polymarket Club:

- Go to 'Simple Products'
  - Go to the '100x Polymarket Club Alerts' section
  - In the 'Telegram Invite Link : 100x Polymarket Club Alert' field, enter the Admin access link: https://t.me/+o7LgcCHds4A0NTc1
