FinRev Development Requests
Customer Experience development requests for the FinRev platform are raised and completed as follows:
- Enter the request in the Customer Experience FinRev Development Requests file
- Send the request to Timon in Slack via either the #fin-rev-tech-support channel or in a private DM
- If approved by Timon, the request is entered in the Engineering team's Development project in Asana
- Timon's team to advise once the request is ready for testing
- Customer Experience to test the solution and provide feedback to Timon's team
- Any further changes to be tested
- Customer Experience to sign off the request and launch the solution
