FinRev Development Requests

Customer Experience development requests for the FinRev platform are raised and completed as follows:


  • Enter the request in the Customer Experience FinRev Development Requests file
  • Send the request to Timon in Slack via either the #fin-rev-tech-support channel or in a private DM
  • If approved by Timon, the request is entered in the Engineering team's Development project in Asana
  • Timon's team to advise once the request is ready for testing
  • Customer Experience to test the solution and provide feedback to Timon's team
  • Any further changes to be tested
  • Customer Experience to sign off the request and launch the solution
