100x Coin Club Refunds


100x Coin Club refunds are initiated by a customer contacting support to request a refund. The refund period for 100x Coin Club is 90 days.


100x Coin Club refunds are completed using the following process:


  • Customer reaches out to support to request a refund
  • Customer support goes to Ontraport and bring up the customer's contact record
  • Customer support clicks on 'simple products' and ensures that the refund request date is within 90 days from the '100xCC Purchase Date'

If the customer request is outside of the 90 day window:


  • Customer support replies to the request advising the client that they are outside the 90 day refund window.


If the customer is within the 90 day window:


  • Customer support processes the refund from Ontraport
  • Customer support opens the customer's Ontraport contact record, click on 'Simple Products' and ensures that the checkbox next to '100xCOIN Club Access' is NOT CHECKED.

  • Customer support adds the tag 'Trigger : 100xCoin : Zapier : Deactivation' to the contact profile

  • Customer support completes the 'Zoom Deactivation' workflow that has been created in Process St.
