Refunds & Deactivations

Refunds are issued via Clickfunnels by Jonz. Refunds can be issued at any of the 3 funnel levels:

Once a refund is issued, a Deactivation automation is triggered in Ontraport. This will automatically cancel the customer's access to the following inclusions:

Duplicate Payment & Reactivations

If a customer makes a duplicate payment and requests a refund, the duplicate purchase should be refunded in Clickfunnels. This will trigger a Deactivation of the customer's purchase in Ontraport and the customer's access will need to be reactivated.

To reactivate a customer's access, follow these steps:

• Go to the contact profile in Ontraport
• Go to: Simple Products
• Check that the customer's access to 100X Coin Club has been removed (as per the automated deactivation)
• Go to the customer's main contact page
• Add the following Contact Tag for each product reactivation as required:

  • PUMPED course $49: 100x Funnel - Bull Market Ballers Club - Buyer
  • Bull Market Ballers Calls $199: 100x Funnel - Bull Market Ballers Club - Buyer
