Funnel Overview
The FinRev Silver ads funnel runs on various advertising platforms including Facebook.
The funnel steps are as follows:
- Prospect sees an ad in their feed
- Prospect clicks on the ad
They are taken to the following landing page where they watch a FinRev overview video:
After watching 75% of the video (approx. 26 mins), a Call-To-Action (CTA) pop-up will appear where they will be asked to complete a short survey
- After completing the survey, they will be auto-directed to one of the following options:
FinRev sales call application (Sales Calendly appointment)
- FinRev Silver checkout page with FinRev Silver extra 12mths upsell: additional 6 or 12 months
- Main Offer: $97 for 12 Months access to FinRev Silver OR $47 for 12 Months access to FinRev Silver (random rotation between these offers)
- After buying the main offer, they are taken to Upsell 1: $97 for an additional 12 months access to FinRev Silver (24 months in total; total price $194)
- If they do not take Upsell 1, they are taken to Upsell 2: $47 for an additional 6 months access to FinRev Silver (18 months in total; total price $144
- FinRev Silver checkout page with FinRev Gold or Platinum low-cost trial upsells AND 100xCC & BMB upsell
- Main Offer: $97 for 12 Months access to FinRev Silver with order bump for an additional 12 months ($97)
- After buying the main offer, they will be taken to the following upsells:

- Note: if a client takes a FinRev trial upsell, they will be charged the price difference to upgrade (e.g. $499-$97 = $402). In Ontraport, access will only be granted to the upsell (i.e. FinRev Gold or Platinum, not FinRev Silver) and we will see one purchase only.
- If something fails and they do not see the survey, we need to assist manually and provide the relevant links, however we cannot post links directly on the ad (or other prospects will bypass the ad).
How To Track, Refund and Troubleshoot Purchases
- Sales are processed through Konnektive checkout pages
- The payment gateway is NMI Esquire
- Sales are also recorded in Ontraport for reporting purposes
- There is a 90 day money-back-guarantee on FinRev Silver purchases through Konnektive
- There is a 30 minute delay on product activations to allow time for the customer to upgrade. FinRev Silver will be activated after 30 minutes if no upgrade purchase is detected.
Konnective CRM
- FinRev Silver funnel sales are processed through Konnektive (ask Caroline if you require a login to Konnektive)
- Log into Konnektive: https://crm.konnektive.com/
- Go to Customer > Customer Service
- Enter the customer's email address
- Select 'Search Orders'
- Scroll down to view the search results
- Click on the customer's name to view their transactions
- If a refund is requested, we need to determine if the request is due to a technical issue or uncertainty about crypto trading
- Technical issues can be assigned to Rhod
- For crypto uncertainty issues, use the Sale Saver responses in TypeDesk to try to save the sale
- If the sale can't be saved, go back to the transaction in Konnektive, right click on the 'Actions' button, then select 'Refund'
- Follow the prompts to complete the refund
- Enter the reason for the refund - e.g.
- No funds to trade
- Change of mind
- Notify the customer of the refund in HelpScout

Ontraport
- Go to Ontraport and search for the client's Contact Record (search by email address)
- Go to 'Purchases' to view the purchase transaction:
- For Refunds, select the transaction and click on 'Refund transaction'. This will update the purchase status but will NOT send a refund to the customer. It's for record-keeping purposes only.
- For refunds, the FinRev Silver offer also needs to be deactivated on the 'FINREV' tab
- Navigate to the FinRev tab
- Scroll down to the FinRev Lite section
- Mark the 'FinRev Lite Deactivate' checkbox to instantly deactivate the customer
- Deactivation instructions will be sent automatically by Ontraport to the customer
Activation Status
FinRev Silver Activation
- To check the Activation status for FinRev Silver, check that the activation email was sent:
- If the customer has not received their activation email, expand the email contents in Ontraport and click on the arrow to open the email in a new tab:
- Copy the email copy and re-send the email copy through HelpScout.
- Note: please check that the correct email address is included. The email should not be copied from another customer's profile.

FinRev Gold or Platinum Activation
- To check the Activation status for FinRev Gold or Platinum, go to the 'Deals' tab
- Check whether a FinRev Deal has been created
- Check whether the member has signed their contract
- If it hasn't been signed, copy the PandDoc URL and send it to the customer in HelpScout
- Once the contract has been signed, the customer will receive their Welcome Email and Onboarding Invitation
Ontraport Contact Groups
FinRev Silver sales through Konnektive can be viewed by searching for the following Ontraport Contact Groups (use search term 'silver'):

Troubleshooting Failed Purchases
- If a client buys the front-end $97offer, but has issues buying any of the upsell options, please confirm that their first FinRev Silver purchase was successful in Ontraport, then send the relevant standalone upsell link:

- Check the customer's FinRev Silver purchase amount in Konnektive to complete the $ fields in the Saved Reply:
- If the customer wants something other than Platinum, ask the client which product and access duration they would like to purchase. Only quote the price for the product requested (do not send the list below).

- FinRev Silver - 24 months for $194
- FinRev Gold - 12 months for $399 (or subtract any applicable FR Silver cost already processed)

- Once they've submitted their card details, process a manual transaction for 'FinRev Silver' or 'Financial Revolution' or '100x Coin Club' and charge the relevant amount

Cart Abandonment Reminders
If a client starts a FinRev Silver purchase but does not complete it or upgrade, they will automatically receive Cart Abandonment reminders via email.
Some customers may still receive reminders even after they make a purchase. If they notify us of this, please go to the customer's Ontraport profile and remove them from the Cart Abandonment automation by deleting their automation tag as follows:
