FinRev Low Cost Trials

As part of the FinRev Silver funnel in Konnektive, customers may be directed to a pathway that offers a low-cost trial of FinRev. This offer is called: FinRev Quartz or Platinum or Gold. The inclusions are:

  • 6 months access to FinRev (Trend Following Only)
  • Price: $299, $399 or $499, and the customer will receive an automatic refund for their FinRev Silver purchase
  • Refund policy: 90 day money-back-guarantee

Currently, customers can purchase low-cost Gold and Platinum trials. In the near future, the Quartz trial will replace the 6mth/12mth Gold and Platinum trials and Quartz will be the only trial available through the FinRev Silver funnel on Konnektive. Gold and Platinum will then only be available to be purchased via a Sales call through the enrolment directors. We will announce when this transition has occurred.


How Refund FinRev Trial Sales


  • Sales are processed through Konnektive checkout pages
  • The payment gateway is NMI Esquire
  • Sales are also recorded in Ontraport for reporting purposes
  • There is a 90 day money-back-guarantee on FinRev trial purchases through Konnektive
  • There is a 30 minute delay on activations so that the customer receives only FinRev and not Silver, if they upgrade

Konnective CRM

  • FinRev Silver funnel sales are processed through Konnektive (ask Caroline if you require a login to Konnektive)
  • Log into Konnektive: https://crm.konnektive.com/
  • Go to Customer > Customer Service
    • Enter the customer's email address
    • Select 'Search Orders'

    • Scroll down to view the search results

    • Click on the customer's name to view their transactions
    • If a refund is required, right click on the 'Actions' button, then select 'Refund'
    • Follow the prompts to complete the refund
    • Enter the reason for the refund - e.g.
      • No funds to trade
      • Change of mind
    • Notify the customer of the refund in HelpScout
    • Cancel any upcoming call bookings in Calendly
    • Tag Rhod for the FinRev deactivation


Ontraport

  • Go to Ontraport and search for the client's Contact Record (search by email address)
  • Go to 'Purchases' to view the purchase transaction:


  • For Refunds, select the transaction and click on 'Refund transaction'. This will update the purchase status but will NOT send a refund to the customer. It's for record-keeping purposes only.



FinRev Trial Activations

  • After a trial purchase takes place, a Deal will be created in Ontraport and the customer will be sent a 'FinRev - 6 months' (or 12 month for Platinum trials) contract to sign
  • After the contract is signed, the customer will receive a welcome email and and onboarding workflow
  • The customer may then choose to self-onboard or book an onboarding call with a coach
  • All activation enquiries should be sent to Rhod
