FinRev Lite Signal Service Activations & Deactivations

FinRev Lite is a manual signal service that is provided within the FinRev platform. FinRev Lite can be accessed on a standalone basis or in combination with an existing FinRev Core subscription.

FinRev Lite Activations

FinRev Lite (Silver) activations can happen in the following ways:

  • Purchased by a customer via the FinRev Silver funnel: https://k.finrev.ai/silver/checkout
    • Note: this $97 checkout page replaces the previous $1,000 offer and the associated checkout pages

  • 6 Months Free Access granted
    • Webinar offer for attendees or registrants if announced by Scott (see technical Webinar Activation notes below)
    • Free trial offered through the 100x Coin Club funnel (i.e. after buying the $9 Alerts, some clients are directed to an automated webinar where a free 6 month trial of FinRev Silver is offered).
    • Granted by a Sales enrolment director


  • DISCONTINUED: 12 Months Access granted
    • Part of the 100x Coin Club Upsell Bonus
    • Free access granted


  • Former-AWCE Member Activations
    • Real Trading Research customers: access is granted via this form to verified AWCE buyers


    • RLBT (Rousseaux Les Bons Tuyaux) customers - ie. French customers through Antoine Rousseaux. If you cannot find a customer on our Master List, ask the cutstomer if they purchased through Rousseaux Les Bons Tuyaux (RLBT). If so, please request proof of purchase. Once we see a receipt, you can send them this form to receive lifetime access to FinRev Silver.

How To Grant Free Access

Free access for 6 or 12 months can be granted either for individual contacts or in bulk (for pre-set groups). For individual access, follow these steps:


  • Head to the contact's Ontraport contact record
  • Go to the 'FinRev' tab
  • Scroll to the 'FINREV LITE (SILVER)' section
  • Locate the 'FINREV Lite: Current Offer' field
  • Select the duration required: 6 or 12 months access.

For Bulk activations (for preset Contact Groups in Ontraport), view the automation notes at the bottom of this article. Bulk activations should only be completed by Caroline or Aaron.


Technical Activation Workflow

Any of the activation methods above will add the following tag to a Contact in Ontraport:

FinRev Lite Bonus (FinRev Webinar)


Once this tag is added, the FinRev Lite Activation automation will identify the customer type (i.e. new or existing account on the FinRev platform) and send the relevant access instructions.

  • New to FinRev Lite (Silver) and FinRev Core (Gold or Platinum): activation instructions will be sent via email
  • Existing account on FinRev platform (Gold or Platinum): the FinRev Lite dashboard will be added to the customer's existing account and an Activation Confirmation email will be sent.

Once the customer complete's their account setup, their FinRev Lite details will be sent back from the FinRev Platform and updated at the bottom of the FinRev tab on their Contract Record.


Note: the tag above should NOT be added directly as key information will be left out such as the duration, deactivation date, offer type etc.


FinRev Lite Deactivations

To manually deactivate a FinRev Lite customer (e.g. for a refund request):

  • Go to their contact record in Ontraport
  • Navigate to the FinRev tab
  • Scroll down to the FinRev Lite section
  • Change the customer's Deactivation Date to today's date
  • Mark the 'FinRev Lite Deactivate' checkbox to instantly deactivate the customer
  • Notify the customer of the completed refund in HelpScout (if applicable)
  • Coming soon: a deactivation confirmation will also be sent from Ontraport with instructions for closing their trading positions

To manually deactivate a FinRev Lite paid subscription, follow the steps in this guide.


FinRev Lite Past Dues will deactivate automatically if the customer does not renew.


If any Ontraport tasks are sent to HelpScout, please check that the relevant steps have been followed and then mark the task as complete (Note: these tasks will be turned off shortly)

Customers view FinRev Lite as follows based on their membership type.


Existing FinRev Core Customers:

There are three solutions to cater for three customer types:

  1. Existing FinRev Core Customers
    1. Core Customers with an active FinRev Account
    2. Core Customers without an Active FinRev Account


  2. New FinRev Lite Customers (No FinRev Core purchase)

Webinar Bonus Activations

If announced at a live event, webinar attendees can be granted free access to FinRev Lite for 6 months. Access is granted after each live event as follows:

  • The attendee list is obtained from Zoom and uploaded to Ontraport (Abe)
  • Attendees are tagged according to attendance date (Abe)
  • A contact group is created from the attendance contact tag, and the 'FINREV Lite: Current Offer' field is set to the required offer (6 or 12 months access).
